Why should I have a Distance Healing Session instead of in-person?

Distance Reiki is wonderful for those who are unable to attend an in person session for any reason (due to mobility challenges or illness or because they are a caregiver for example) or who simply prefer the convenience of receiving treatment in their own home.

Distance Reiki is also a perfect solution for children/ teens as, with their caregiver's permission, the Energy Healing session can be conducted while they are comfortably asleep in their own bed.

What should I expect from my first session?

Everyone will experience different feelings during their healing session, here are some common reactions which you may experience. Temperature changes, you may feel hot, or cooler. You may experience tingling/pins and needles. You may experience a release of emotional energy/crying. Each experience is quite normal and individual to you. If you don't experience any of these feelings don't worry that's normal too. The healing is still working, Energy Healing works in a very subtle way.

How Should I Prepare For My Treatment ?

Try to find somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed, Wearing comfortable clothing may help you feel relaxed and comfortable. Give yourself around 30 minutes before your session begins to Just sit, relax and reflect on what you are hoping to get out of your session. It can also be beneficial to eat a light meal a few hours before your session which can help avoid you becoming distracted by feeling hungry. It is also important to keep hydrated by maintaining adequate fluid intake.

How Many Sessions Will I Need

Energy healing is not a quick fix, it is dependent upon the level of the health problems, or the individuals personal requirements. It could take 1 session, or up to 4 sessions. We shall discuss this further in more detail during our first meeting. It is all about working with you, and helping you towards achieving your goals.

What Should I Expect After My Session 

After the Healing session you will probably be feeling in a very relaxed state, It is important to rehydrate by drinking a glass of water, this can also be a great way for grounding you back into the moment. I shall ask for your feedback on how you felt the session went, and how best to work towards your wellness goals. You are in control of how many Healing sessions you have, I as a Practitioner am just the facilitator of the Energy session.
